User Groups

Groups on the left, their rights on the right. Pick a group to configure its permissions; the screen says Select a group until you do, and counts how many permissions the group has assigned.

Each permission is set to None, Read or Full Control for that group. Every user in the group inherits those levels. Switching groups with unsaved changes asks whether to discard them.
