Beas Web Client

The Beas Web Client is a web-based application for monitoring and managing production data from Beas Manufacturing, fully integrated with SAP Business One.

It provides real-time visibility into work order status, material requirements, inventory movements and the key production figures. It works on the same company database as the Beas desktop client, so the information is always current.

You log in with your SAP user and select the company you want to work in. What you are allowed to see and change is defined by your Beas authorizations.

Two ways to use it

In a browser. Nothing is installed on the user's machine. Only the address of the Beas Web Server is needed.

As a desktop application. Installed on the user's machine. The Web Client then runs in its own window instead of a browser tab.

The screens are the same in both cases. Both connect to the same Beas Web Server, which must be installed and configured once on a central server before the first login. See Web Server Installation.

Beas in other places

Beas production data is also available outside this application. The Beas SAP Web Client extension adds production settings and actions to SAP Business One's own screens, and the Beas desktop client offers the complete Beas feature set on Windows.
