Time Receipts - List
The Time Receipts list holds every time booking made against a Work order operation. One row is one booking: the operation it belongs to, the person and resource it was booked for, the period it covers, and the yield and scrap quantities it reported. From here you can open a booking to correct it, or start a new one.
A booking that is still running has no end time yet and appears in Active Work Order Times instead.
Default Columns
| Column | Description |

| Document | The booking's own number. Click the value to open it. |
| Work Order | The Work order the booking belongs to. Click the figure to open the corresponding WO document. |
| Position | The Work order position (the assembly being produced). Click the figure to open the corresponding WO Position document. |
| Op. Sequence | The operation within that position's routing. Click the figure to open the corresponding Operation. |
| Order | The sales order behind the Work order, when there is one. |
| Item Code | The item produced by the position. Click the item code to open its master data. |
| Person | The personnel number the time is booked for. Click the Person's code to open its master data. |
| Resource | The resource the work was carried out on. Click the Resource's code to open its master data. |
| Date From | Start of the booked period. |
| Duration (min) | Length of the booking in minutes. |
| Quantity Yield | Good quantity reported by this booking. |
| Completion Confirmed | Check mark when the booking closed the operation rather than reporting a part of it. |
| Cancelled | Check mark when the booking has been reversed. |

| Item Name | Description of the item produced by the position. |
| Activity | The operation's activity text. |
| Personnel Name | Name of the person the time is booked for. |
| Date To | End of the booked period. |
| Scrap | Scrap quantity reported by this booking. |
| Unit of Measure | The unit the yield and scrap quantities are expressed in. |
| Cost Element | The cost element the time is charged to. |
| Charge to Cost Ctr. | The cost centre the time is charged to. |
| Created | Date and time the booking was entered. |
| Created By | User who entered the booking. |
| Modified | Date and time the booking was last changed. |
| Modified By | User who last changed the booking. |
