To start the export functionality select export as the option in the window above.
In the export window you have the option to select what user defined tables, fields and objects you want to export.
Mark what you want to export and select the export button – the selections will be exported to the folder you selected as xml files.
On the right-hand side you can control what Metadta with namespaces you wish to see.
