User-defined Fields (header level)
It is possible to customize the User fields on the different upgraded windows (currently: Document and Activity).
You can edit the order and visibility of the different User fields by going to User fields and then pressing the edit button in the bottom right corner
This switches the window to an edit mode where you can edit the user fields.
