iPayment also includes a refund report, which allows filtering and searching for refund activities.
This report is useful for getting an overview of payments that have been refunded. Below you see an example of a refunded transaction, shown in the report.
The report requires you to specify a from and to date, to limit the search result, and prevent the querying from taking too long.
