Getting Started

The CRM For Outlook add-in consists of two components:

•the server component usually installed on a server where SAP B1 runs

•the client installed on the desktop of the end user where Outlook is installed

This manual is intended for end users therefore it only describes the installation steps of the CRMFO client. If you are an administrator, refer to the documentation included in the server component installer package for the server component installation instructions.
