Requirements

The requirements for the CRM For Outlook client are the following:

•.NET Framework 4.7

•Microsoft Windows 7 or later

•Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 or later

•Internet connection

•Activation email received from the Boyum portal

•SAP Business One user license. Note: Restrictions that apply to the SAP B1 user type will also apply to the CRM For Outlook user.

•To use the Reports functionality you must have B1UP installed on the given database.

•To use the Manage B1 Mailchimp lists functionality you must have B1UP with Mailchimp module installed on the given database.

•Generally, not recommended to be used with proxies. If the machines on which CRM For Outlook runs uses an HTTP proxy for network access, you have to add the System Landscape Directory server to the list of proxy exceptions.
