To set up the CRM for Outlook Server component to support attachments, first ensure you have either an Amazon S3 account (recommended, see instructions in this manual) or a fully working FTP solution. Also you need to have set up your companies in SAP with a working path for attachments.

 

Then in the CRM for Outlook server window Edit the desired subscription, and on the final page of the wizard you'll see a button to set up attachments:
