The B1 translations system only works on B1UP's own forms, dashboards and crystal reports.
B1UP configurations
On B1UP on forms you can check if a field is translatable by right clicking on it. If the menu 'choose translation' is visible then the field can be translated.
Dashboard
It is also possible to add translation to the different captions on a dashboard by using the keywords in the editor.

Crystal
In crystal reports it's possible to insert text object, which contains keywords.
The keywords in a crystal will only be replaced if the crystal is launched/created by B1UP
