In Outlook the top part of your screen where you have your commands such as "New Email", "Reply", etc. is called the ribbon. The ribbon consists of several default tabs and CRM for Outlook add two such tabs for its functionality. If you have any other add-ins installed they might also add their own tabs to the ribbon.
