When doing an authorization or settlement without any previous authorization iPayment will automatically check the fraud data returned by the gateway.
Trust Payments (Secure Trading):
• AVS checking result will be checked.
Authorize.NET
• AVS and CAVV result will be checked.
CyberSource:
• AVS result will be checked
Eway:
• Nothing is checked
If one or more of the checks is returned as failed by the gateway iPayment will show a warning message. It will be up to the user to respond to the message returned by the gateway and take the appropriate actions.
