After using the batch or re-authorization functionality a result window will show.
Lines in green are lines that was processed successfully and lines in red are lines that could not be processed due to an error.
The error can either originate from iPayment or from the gateway depending on what the issue is.
The result window will show error-lines at the top of the grid, and will also have a text indicating how many have succeeded and failed, which will also be colored red or green depending on the result.
If there are no errors, the error message column will not be displayed.
