If you have a report action there uses personal exchange the following window will be shown the first time a user tries to run a report action or open the mass delivery window.
If there in all of the report actions are more than one active exchange the user will be asked for the credentials to all these exchanges.
After all credentials has been input and accepted you will have to run the action again.
NB: a personal exchange user is defined as a combination of windows user and sap user
The Personal Exchange Credentials flow can differ depending on the authentication method of the exchange configuration

to use interactive credentials check the interactive credentials checkbox and press ok this will open op the window below where you can enter the credentials of the exchange user you want to associated with this personal exchange
